Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and four months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year.
, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, a person operating a sexual traffic business place with the trade name “F” in the “F” in the following context: (a) placed the said business place on the website “G” in the name of “H”; and (b) placed female employees’ procils, etc. to arrange sexual traffic against customers who reported and contacted, as follows:
On January 20, 2014, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) received 80,000 won from customers I who found the place from the above “F; (b) and (c) assisted female employees in non-name to engage in the similarity behavior by having them look at the said I’s sexual organ by hand and hand; and (d) assisted sexual traffic for about 110 times from around December 2013 to March 10, 2014 in the same manner; (b) received a single sexual traffic payment of KRW 7-80,00,000 among them, and the Defendant used the remaining KRW 4-50,000 to pay to female employees.
As a result, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes, and 3.3 million won was earned.
2. On March 11, 2014, Defendant B acquired the said “F” business establishment from the said A, and advertised the said business establishment in the name of “H” on the Internet site “G,” thereby mediating sexual traffic against the customers who reported and contacted, as follows.
At around 19:00 on March 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 80,000 won from customers I who found the place from the above “F; (b) assisted female employeesJ to engage in the similarity behavior in such a way as to look at the said I’s sexual organ by hand or in his/her wound; and (c) provided around 135 times from that time until April 24, 2014 with approximately 7-80,00 won for a single commercial sex act; and (d) provided the Defendant with the remainder of 4-50,000 won for a single commercial sex act, and operated the business by paying the female employees.
