The defendant is a driver of the B rocketing car.
At around 22:30 on January 16, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from around 300 meters to the front day of the articles of incorporation, under the influence of alcohol at around 0.083% of alcohol level, on the part of the Plaintiff, in front of the frequency of contamination in the trade name and aesthetic arms repair located in the Busan military captain’s articles of incorporation, to the Busan military captain’s articles of incorporation.
