A. On the mutual name of “C”, the Plaintiff engaged in the wholesale business, etc. of electronic machinery parts from May 2014 to September 2017 supplied the Defendant with goods such as parts, etc., in the trade name of “D”. As of September 20, 2017, the remaining price of the goods is KRW 46,290,680.

B. Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 46,290,680 won of the remainder of the goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from September 21, 2017 to July 29, 2018, which is the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
