However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven the said rocketing car on the same day, and led the right holder, who is instigates the right holder at Suwon-si, along the two-lane road in front of the apartment, to the agricultural and fishery product market from the front bus terminal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant stated that he was drinking but did not drink, and expressed a bath while leaving the scene, and did not comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
