1. The Defendant’s KRW 18,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 8, 2018 to June 22, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 18,00,000, taking into consideration all the circumstances, such as the degree and duration of the misconduct committed by the Defendant and C in part, the marriage period and family relationship between the Plaintiff and C, and the impact of the Defendant and C on the Plaintiff’s marital relationship, and the remaining claims are dismissed.
