On March 29, 2018, around 20:20, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.086% from the 2km section to the front road of the Sungju High School located in the same Eup/Myeon from the roads of the Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun to the roads located in the same Eup/Myeon.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
