The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental statements in the grounds of appeal filed after the deadline for submitting the grounds of appeal).
In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the crime of deception and fraud in the crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes and the crime of deception in fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
