A. On February 1, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a part of 23.14 square meters in the ship that connects each point of the attached Form 2, 3, 6, 7, and 2 among the 70.20 square meters of the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant, in sequence, to the Defendant.

B. The Defendant did not pay rent from July 2013, and the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to deliver the leased portion several times from that time, but the Defendant did not comply therewith.
