The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
In a lawsuit on property rights, it is not allowed in principle to delegate the relevant lawsuit to a third party and delegate the relevant lawsuit to a third party.
However, it is not unlawful to avoid the principle of representation by an attorney under Article 87 of the Civil Procedure Act or the prohibition of trust in a lawsuit under Article 6 of the Trust Act, but may be granted exceptional or limited permission, if reasonable grounds for recognition and necessary (see Supreme Court Decision 2014Da885, 87892, Dec. 15, 2016).
