1. The defendant
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 16.5 million won and as regards this.
Reasons
1. Claim for delivery of real estate on the ground that the lease agreement dated October 6, 2014 (including the lease deposit of KRW 30 million, the rent of KRW 3.3 million per month) was terminated as the rent in arrears, and claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent or rent in arrears.
