The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc.”) of Partial Dismissal enter into force on May 21, 2019, as amended and promulgated on June 1, 2019. Since the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, i.e., 15% per annum from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day until the date of full payment, the excess portion is dismissed.
