However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. From February 21, 2016, around 22:00 on February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the E community hall managed by the victim D in Jeju Island; and (b) cut off food equivalent to the total amount of KRW 31,300,000, total market value of KRW 4,800, total market value of which was 6 and total market value of KRW 7,00,00; and (c) cut off the food of KRW 31,30,00,000 from that time by impairing other’s building at night via five times in total, such as the weather table (1) in attached Form 2, from July 28, 2016.

2. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered and intruded into the glass door door door door of the said church at the H church managed by the victim G on the Jeju city on April 10, 2016; and (b) cut off with two cupped games in the aggregate amounting to KRW 2,00,000, the market price of the victim’s land at that location.

3. Before around 02:00 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 810,000,000, totaling three times until July 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in which the victim, who was parked at the scene, did not lock up two cargo trains; and (b) opened and opened a door to the victim’s cash owned by the victim who was kept in custody of the chief goods; and (c) thereafter, stolen money and valuables worth KRW 810,00,000, in total, from the time to July 31, 2016, as shown in the List of Crimes (2).
