1. The defendant shall deliver buildings listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs.
2. The defendant,
A. Plaintiff A: 12,540,000 won.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, the part dismissing part is a divided claim for rent claim and return of unjust enrichment by a joint lessor, and the Plaintiffs may seek payment only within the scope of their shares shared by themselves.
Of the plaintiffs' claims, the part of exceeding their own share of co-ownership and the claim for return of unjust enrichment is dismissed.
