However, since the defendant did not have the authority to collect scrap metal of the Incheon E-factory, even if he received KRW 3 million, he could not have the right to collect scrap metal, and there was no contact with the public officials in this regard.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, made a false statement to D, and he received 3 million won from the victim C to receive 3 million won on the same day.

2. On July 2010, the criminal defendant against the victim D asked the victim D to remove the factory located in the Guro Corporation and to reduce the right to collect scrap metal from the factory.
