1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 87,983,544 and a rate of KRW 25% per annum from August 14, 2014 to the date of complete payment.
According to the evidence evidence evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 7, A Bank set and lent 192,00,000 won to the Defendant on March 30, 2010 at the highest rate of 25% per annum. The above claim was transferred to B loan around June 27, 2014, again to the Plaintiff on April 28, 2016, and each transfer was notified. The fact that the Incheon District Court paid KRW 170,076,022 on August 13, 2014 during the auction procedure for real estate C, and the remaining claim after the dividend is the principal of KRW 87,983,544.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the remaining principal to the plaintiff 87,983,544 won and damages for delay. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
