Reasons

In light of the records, the defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff on July 13, 2016 against the plaintiff for a claim for the surrender of building name, etc. and received a favorable judgment from the above court on July 13, 2016, and the plaintiff appealed against the above judgment and filed a lawsuit for the objection of this case under the court 2016Na3342. Thus, the plaintiff's lawsuit of this case is against the judgment prior to the final judgment, and it is unlawful as there is no lack of eligible requirements or interest in lawsuit.
