On September 21, 2019, at the front of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyangdong, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the following grounds: (a) on September 21, 2019, on the ground that the victim D had a good talk about himself/herself; and (b) the Defendant heard several residents of Dong Dong Dong Dong Dong Dong Dong, “Chewing fright, bit bitch, bitch bitch, governance, etc.” (hereinafter “victim”) and publicly insultingd the victim.
