1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 129,860,100 as well as 15% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. A judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That with respect to interest in arrears, Article 2(2) of the Addenda to Article 2(2) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), the former interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015; and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, which is the interest rate under the amended provisions, shall apply, respectively, pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 2653).
