2. The plaintiff.

A. F, which operates an individual enterprise called the conclusion of the prime subcontracting contract, was subcontracted by Defendant B to Defendant B during the term “G hotel net construction work (hereinafter “instant hotel construction work”) among the “G hotel construction work” contracted by Defendant B (hereinafter “instant construction work”) from Defendant B after having been sentenced to bankruptcy on October 25, 2012, as seen thereafter, Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) entered into a subcontract between Defendant B and Defendant B on May 18, 2010 (hereinafter “original subcontract contract”) and the payment of subcontract consideration (hereinafter “instant subcontract”).

3. Construction name: A construction project for the net hotel.

4. Name of riverbed works: light-weight works;

5. Construction site: Lot of land outside H in the limit of 1,00,000 Hanam-do.

Contract amount: Amount of value-added tax of KRW 390,000,000 in fixed amount of KRW KRW 429,000: KRW 30,000 in fixed amount of KRW KRW KRW 390,000: KRW 39,000 in fixed amount of KRW KRW 39,000 in fixed amount of KRW 30,000 in fixed amount of KRW : Name of the contracting party B (as for the first contracting party): Name of the representative (as for the first contracting party): Name of the first contracting party (as for the second contracting party): Name of the construction project in the order of the subcontract payment for the construction project in the order of G hotel: Name of the construction project in the order of the first half of May 18, 2010: subcontractor E (as for the first half, part payment, and completion payment; hereinafter the same shall apply) received from B (as for the first half of the subcontracted project).
