1. The defendant shall appoint the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party:
(a) Indication 1, 2, and 2 of the attached list among the buildings listed in the attached list;
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 15, 2009, the Plaintiff (Appointeds) and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) agreed to the Defendant on the lease deposit amounting to KRW 5,00,000,00, monthly rent, KRW 500,000, and from January 15, 2009 to December 24, 201, the Defendant, among the buildings indicated in the separate sheet, did not pay to the Defendant the lease deposit amounting to KRW 33,00,000,000, KRW 500,000,000, and KRW 500,000,000,000, from January 15, 2009 to December 24, 2014.
B. On March 30, 2013, the Plaintiffs leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 5,00,000, KRW 400,000, KRW 400,000, and KRW 24 months from April 30, 2013 with respect to the portion of KRW 30,00,00 in the ship (hereinafter “instant (D)”) connected in sequence to the Defendant, among the buildings indicated in the attached list, as indicated in the attached list, for which the said lease was explicitly renewed, the Defendant did not pay the rent from June 2014 and December 2, 2014 to the date.
C. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs expressed their intent to terminate each of the instant lease agreements to the Defendant on the ground that the service of the duplicate of the instant complaint did not pay two or more rents.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts, since each of the instant lease contracts was terminated on the grounds of not less than two years of delinquency as the duplicate of the instant complaint was served, the Defendant delivered the instant (tentative) lease portion to the Plaintiffs, and as requested by the Plaintiffs, from June 15, 2015 to June 15, 2015, after the amount of deposit was deducted as requested by the Plaintiffs, unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent at the rate of KRW 500,00 per month is paid, and the (d) lease portion of this case is paid.
