A. The Plaintiff is a male born on April 1, 2006, who is engaged in the taxi business as an individual taxi business operator from April 1, 2006.

Defendant DB Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant travel agent”) is a company for the purpose of overseas travel agency business, etc., and Defendant DB Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant insurance company”) was a company for the purpose of insurance business, etc. operated under the Insurance Business Act and relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, and its trade name was changed from Dongbu Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. to DB Insurance Co., Ltd. on November 1, 2017.

B. On April 19, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a travel contract and insurance contract (hereinafter “instant travel contract”) with Defendant Female on April 19, 2013, the travel period from April 19, 2013 to April 23, 2013, 300 days, cocks and Pacifics, cocks and Pacifics to travel, and the travel fees, including return air charges, hotel accommodation and meal expenses during the pertinent period, and the fee for slocks to Ho Island (hereinafter “instant travel contract”), and accordingly, the Plaintiff’s travel is “instant travel”.

(1) The term “instant travel standard terms and conditions” applicable to the instant travel contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract terms and conditions”).

Of the contents of this case, those related to this case are as listed in Table 1 below, and at the time of concluding the travel contract of this case, the travel schedule issued by the Defendant travelr to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant schedule”).

Of note, those related to this case are listed in the table 2 as follows. Article 2 of the Schedule 1 (Duties of travel agencies and travelers ① Travel agencies will faithfully perform the duties assigned to tourists in the course of the formulation and implementation of travel plans, including good offices of travel, guidance, transportation, lodging, etc., in order to provide travelers with safe and satisfactory travel services.

(2) Travelers shall actively cooperate in maintaining the order of travel among travelers and travel agencies for safe and enjoying travel.
