1. The defendant received a cash of five million won from the victim as a introduction fee from the seat and acquired it by fraud.

2. On June 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on June 17, 2013, at Kink's house located in the vicinity of the new forest management zone in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, Seoul, the Defendant made the aforementioned false statement to the victim who did not have the intent or ability to find the victim D as the nurse of the original cargo department; and (b) obtained a cash of four million won from the victim, i.e., in the name of the introduction fee

3. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on June 19, 2013, employed the victim E as the nurse of the senior medical unit in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the said reasons; (b) but (c) did not have the intent or ability to find the victim E as the nurse of the senior medical unit for the said reason, the Defendant made such a false statement to the victim; and (d) received five million won in cash from the victim, namely, as the introduction fee,

4. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, the victim F was at a coffee shop near the Seocheon-gu Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) there is a nurse public bond in the medical room located in the Ilsan-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (c) on July 5, 2013.
