1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff; (b) KRW 20% per annum from July 21, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (c) from the following day.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) The legal interest rate shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, by implementing the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was wholly amended on September 25, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
