Punishment of the crime
The Defendant owned a three-story building in Changwon-si D, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, which was jointly with P, and owned a three-story building. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant provided the above building to E and leased the three-story whole of the three-story buildings at KRW 1,500,000, monthly rent of KRW 20,000. On November 25, 2013 and May 19, 2014, the Defendant continued to provide the above building to E and sell the three-story buildings by means of sexual traffic around July 3, 2015, despite being aware of the fact that the three-story of the building was provided by the Changwon-gu Police Station of Changwon-si to a commercial place.
