Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.
1. Defendant A is a managing director of the G company operated by the victim F, which was established for the production, etc. of e2th floor of the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, taking overall charge of the overall affairs of the G company’s business, such as merdity management and customer management, around January 31, 2013, and works as the vice president of H company operated by Defendant B from February 1, 2013, and Defendant B is the operator of H company established for the purpose of manufacturing merdane from March 1, 2012 to Busan, which was established from March 1, 2012.
Defendant

Nevertheless, when Defendant A retires from the above G company, the Defendants conspired to make a new foundation by using it and deliver it to the business partners of the K company, etc., which traded with the G company, if Defendant A copied the sunset produced by request from the J company by the G company.
