Reasons
On May 28, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the C Building 205 term from July 8, 2014 to July 7, 2016, the deposit amount of KRW 50 million, and paid all the deposit.
Since the above lease contract is terminated upon the expiration of the original term, the defendant is obligated to return the lease deposit amount of KRW 50 million to the plaintiff.
