1. Violation of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention;

A. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving Dworka car on the front of the C Hospital located in Gwangjudong-gu, Gwangju; (b) discovered that the Fama car driven by E is about to change the car line from the two-lane to the one-lane in which the Defendant was driving; (c) found that the said Gaa car was driven by the Defendant at a two-lane; (d) reduced the speed of the said rocketing car by reducing the speed of the said rocketing car; and (e) claimed insurance proceeds as if the accident occurred to the victim company.

However, the Defendant intentionally caused an accident in order to receive insurance money as above.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 5,862,710 from the victim on May 2017 under the pretext of agreement, etc., and acquired insurance proceeds by insurance fraud.

B. At around 18:56 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the IBH’s vehicle was driven by the Defendant from two lanes to three lanes during the driving of the vehicle; (b) sought insurance proceeds from the victim company by shocking the said TBH car at the speed of the said TBH car; and (c) claimed insurance proceeds as if the accident occurred, with a view to raising the speed of the said TBH car.

However, the Defendant intentionally caused an accident in order to receive insurance money as above.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 8,076,780 from the victim under the pretext of agreement, etc., and acquired insurance proceeds by insurance fraud.

C. On July 16:25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving D Launa car in the Macheon-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju; (b) discovered that the KM5 car driven by J is running from the two lanes to the three-lane in which the Defendant was driving; (c) reduced the speed of the said MM5 car; and (d) shocked the said SM5 car by lowering the speed of the said MM5 car; and (c) subsequently, the victim company.
