The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower court in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, deemed that each of the facts charged in the instant case was the fraud of the victim F, and each of the fraud of the victim R was a comprehensive crime by each victim.

The decision is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles on the number of comprehensive crimes and substantive concurrent crimes.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
