1. The defendant shall pay 24,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 10,000,000 won among them to the day of full payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17351, Aug. 7, 2001>
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act provides for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of the above judgment claim after the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2004Da310850 Decided December 15, 2005 became final and conclusive on January 7, 2006.
