1. The defendant shall pay 90,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 7, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff loaned KRW 90 million to the Defendant on August 13, 2009, and thus, sought an objection; 2. Judgment without pleading on February 1, 2008 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
