1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,455,700 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from September 6, 2014 to April 8, 2015.

Reasons

1. Claim for the payment of KRW 30,45,70, which was not paid out of KRW 84,871,820, which was sold by the Plaintiff from March 28, 2014 to September 5, 2014, and the delayed payment for the amount of KRW 30,45,700, and the delayed payment for the aforementioned amount. The Defendant is a joint and several surety for the Plaintiff of Jeongdong Construction Co., Ltd. (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by service (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
