1. The Defendant’s KRW 269,001,653 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from September 2, 2013 to June 17, 2015, and the following.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On November 10, 2010, the Defendant purchased 1,637 square meters and 62 square meters from C prior to subdivision within the land transaction permission zone. The Defendant first agreed to enter into a sale contract with the buyer and two other parties if the land transaction permission is granted, the date when the land transaction permission is granted, the date when the purchase price is the contract, and the amount of KRW 950,000,000 borrowed from C as the purchase price. The Defendant paid KRW 200,000,000 borrowed from C as the purchase price. 2) The Defendant divided the above land from F, G and C into 3,000 square meters, and 3,000,000 square meters into a multi-family house and 4,000 square meters, and 3,000,0000 square meters and 2,0000 square meters and 3,000,0000 square meters and 16,000 square meters and 21,213,06,01.

3) On February 24, 2011, Defendant, F, and G: (a) the Defendant entered the sales contract with D farm site in the foregoing Pakistan-si; (b) 530 square meters in H farm site; (c) G entered into a sales contract with 483 square meters in the I farm site and 62 square meters in the E farm site; and (d) completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 2, 201 with regard to each of the above real estate on April 18, 2011; (b) 624 square meters in the D farm site in the foregoing Pakistan-si, Pakistan-si; (c) 265 square meters in the J farm site; (d) 530 square meters in the H farm site in the above Pakistan-si; and (e) 265 square meters in the list of H farm site in the above land; and (e) 325 square meters in the list of land in the attached Table 1; and (e) 265 square meters in the list of the above land.
