1. The defendant shall pay 46,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 19, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim: (a) lent KRW 46 million from the Plaintiff from June 25, 2013 to July 22, 2013; and (b) decided to repay the said KRW 46 million until February 28, 2014; (c) but did not pay the said KRW 46 million; and (d) filed a claim for damages for delay by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
