1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff, and 30% per annum from June 11, 2013 to July 14, 2014, and the next day.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, by June 11, 2013, lent 35 million won in total to the Defendant by the due date on May 30, 2014, and 36% per annum. Of which, the Plaintiff, after the due date for the payment of the principal, 30 million won remaining after deducting five million won from the due date for the payment of the principal, and after the due date for the payment of the said amount, the Plaintiff filed a claim for payment of the agreed interest or delay damages calculated at the rate sought by the Plaintiff within the scope of the above interest rate from June 11, 2013 to the due date for the payment of the principal (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
