1. The Defendant refers to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed parties in the form of “request amount” in the attached Form and the claim amount table.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties to the claim concluded an employment contract with the Defendant and provided labor, but they did not receive some wages and retirement allowances from the Defendant as stated in the separate sheet of claim amount. Thus, they seek payment of unpaid wages, retirement allowances, and damages for delay.
