A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant was subject to a disposition of the driver’s license for 40 days from May 23, 2015 to July 1, 2015, and the Defendant was driving a Bbee cruise car with a alcohol level of 0.168% alcohol level in the blood alcohol level at approximately 2 km until the front of Samsung name on the same city transmission route, even though he/she was subject to a disposition of the driver’s license for 40 days from May 23, 2015 to July 1, 2015.
2. The Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, at the entrance of the above Samsung F&M, left the site without any measure after causing a traffic accident at the entrance of the above Samsung F&M, and returned to the residential apartment C, 202 Dong and 311.
At around 01:15 on the same day, the Defendant sent out after receiving the report of the above traffic accident at the above residence, and, in order to identify the circumstances of the accident, the Defendant sent out the D District Guard E and Inspector F of the Ansan Police Station who visited his house.
In doing so, the dwarf, "I am at home," the franb, with the left hand, assaulted the fat, such as fating the fat, and bating the ebbbbat with the fat hand.
As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding traffic accident reporting.
