1. Basic facts
A. C. Meanwhile, in Jeju-si, 20 square meters of D grave site was unregistered land under the circumstances with B on August 1, 1913, and became 66 square meters of Jeju-si D cemetery (hereinafter “instant cemetery”) following the conversion of the area and the change of land category.
In the land cadastre and the old land register of the cemetery of this case, only one name of B is specified, but no address or resident registration number can be specified B is specified.

The Plaintiff requested the Jeju District Court (2017 Madan10171) to appoint an absentee administrator by making the above B as the principal of the case, and the above court shall appoint C lawyer as the administrator of B on January 24, 2018.
