1. The plaintiff 1,048 square meters in Jinjin-si shall be put to an auction and the remaining amount after deducting the auction cost from the proceeds of the auction.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff and the defendant are co-owners of the real estate stated in the Disposition No. 1.
Since the agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant on the division of the above real estate was not reached, the division under Article 269(1) of the Civil Act is sought.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
