The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s finding the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special robbery) among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal nor any statement of the grounds for appeal in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
