1. Defendant B shall deliver to the Public Official Pension Service the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

The facts constituting the grounds for the judgment on the grounds of the claim shall be deemed to have been led to confessions pursuant to Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act among the Plaintiff and the Defendant B, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant Public Official Pension Corporation may recognize the entire purport of the pleadings as a whole among the statements in subparagraphs A through 5.
According to the above facts, since Defendant B did not pay interest for at least three months, it is obligated to deliver the real estate stated in the order to the Public Official Pension Service in accordance with the agreement. At the same time, Defendant Public Official Pension Service has a duty to pay the Plaintiff the remaining amount after deducting the management expenses, arrears, etc. not paid from Defendant B until the delivery of the said real estate from the 80,000,000 won to the Plaintiff.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
