On January 11, 2014, at around 14:25, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.146 percent of alcohol in blood, was driven by drinking approximately 40 metres in the front of the water-based nuclear car in the flown city, from the water-based funeral hall located in the flown city to the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.146 percent.
