2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. Since that time, the Plaintiff and the Defendant obtained income while running their own fishery in the fisheries area in accordance with the instant fishery license. Meanwhile, Lluri-ri fishing village fraternity received compensation for various direct or indirect damages incurred in the said fishery area, it has distributed the remainder of restrictions to the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

C. On November 1, 2010, the Plaintiff was dissolved because the head of the fraternity fell under ten persons, and thereafter, was authorized to establish a fisheries cooperative on February 24, 2014 pursuant to Article 15 of the Fisheries Cooperatives Act.
