When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
[Status of Defendant and related persons] The Defendant is a person who has been in charge of the progress of government-funded materials supply contracts ordered by the said Institute while working as a chief administrative officer in the “C” infrastructure planning office located in Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City from around 2014 to 2016, and D is a business employee who has worked in the EESD trading company (hereinafter “E”).
[Criminal facts]
1. Acceptance of bribe in E;
A. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 3.610,00 from the said Company through D, a staff member of E, in return for allowing “C” to deliver ED lighting products to “C” near the mutual infinite restaurant in Gyeyang-si, Goyang-si.
B. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant received the amount of cash in advance from E at the front parking lot of the Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City in the foregoing manner.

On November 5, 2015, the Defendant received the amount of cash in advance from E at the front parking lot of the F apartment in the Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu. by the said method.

On January 16, 2016, the Defendant received the amount of cash in advance from E at the front parking lot of the F apartment in the Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si by the said method.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a bribe of KRW 25,817,00 in total from E in connection with his duties.
2. Acceptance of bribe in the G MUG;
A. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 17 million from the G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) through the above D, in return for allowing the Defendant to supply “C” products at the front parking lot of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment complex.
B. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 9050,00 from G in the vicinity of “C, Dong-dong Branch” located in H in Ansan-si, Dong-si, Dong-si.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a bribe of KRW 26 million in total from G in relation to his duties.
Summary of Evidence
1. The Defendant’s partial statement at the Defendant’s newspaper, which was in progress on the third trial date ( October 22, 2018), and KRW 3610,00,000 from E, on December 9, 2014.
