A. On September 5, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B with Busan District Court 2006Kadan102839 and ordered B to pay 47,804,000 won to the Plaintiff from Busan District Court as well as 5% per annum from September 17, 1994 to June 14, 199, 25% per annum from the next day to June 23, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the next day to the next day. The above judgment became final and conclusive at that time.

B. On August 29, 2005, B died with Defendant, Defendant C, and D, a mother as his family, and C, and C and D filed a petition for adjudication on renunciation of inheritance with Busan District Court Family Branching 2005Ra2406. On October 5, 2005, upon receipt of the declaration on renunciation of inheritance from the Busan District Court Family Branching the Busan District Court’s Family Branching Office, the said decision became final and conclusive around that time.

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks payment of money against the Defendant who succeeded to B in the above judgment.
