A is the owner of "D" in C and 2 stories 202, and Defendant B is the employee of the above game site.

1. No person who intends to engage in a business of exchanging or arranging money exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of a game room by a defendant A;

Nevertheless, from October 8, 2015 to October 23, 2015, the Defendant established 40 game machine “Africa game machine” in the above game room and employed B as an employee, and operated the game room business. If an unspecified number of customers request money exchange after having put cash in the above game machine and acquired scores, the Defendant exchanged 10% after deducting 10% as commission.

As above, the Defendant runs a business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Defendant B: (a) was aware of the fact that Defendant A’s act of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of his game product as a business, and even from October 8, 2015 to October 23, 2015, in order to assist the said act, and (b) requested an unspecified number of customers to convert cash into “Africa Game” and exchange based on points obtained by carrying out a game, Defendant B aided and abetted A by confirming the relevant points and entering the numbers and points in the pre-exchange game machine; and (c) made it easy for A to engage in the money exchange business as described in paragraph (1) of the above Article.
