A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
2,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] On November 23, 2006, the Defendant sentenced 2 years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on November 23, 2006. On March 13, 2009, the Defendant terminated the enforcement of the above sentence.
[Criminal Facts] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On April 2009, the Defendant: (a) received the cash card in the name of C deposited with KRW 1.2 million (including KRW 300,000,000,000,000) from the Police Officer C in the middle of April 2009, from the Defendant, to the effect that “I would like to purchase the psychotropic drugs residing in Busan, and there is no time to get out to Busan, in order to purchase the phiphone from D, the psychotropic drugs D; and (b) it received the cash card in the name of C deposited with KRW 1.2 million (including 300,000,000,000,000) from E.
After the same day, the Defendant delivered D above 90,000 won on the front side of G in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, under the name of the purchase price for philopon, and 0.6g of philopon from D, and 02:00 on the next day, C 0.6g of the above philopon on the front side of YYYYYYYYYY 02:00.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and D.
2. On May 29, 2009, the Defendant’s receipt of phiphones: (a) around May 29, 2009; (b) on May 29, 2009, the outline of the trade name in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu H located.
At the main point, he received approximately 0.4g of philophones from I without compensation, and accepted them.
3. On May 2009, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 500,00 as the purchase price of phiphones from C in the vicinity of the Daegu Seo-gu J on May 2009, at around 20:0, KRW 500,00 in the name of the purchase price of phiphones.
Since then, the Defendant asked C to send 0.6g of philophones I in the form of high-speed bus freight, and 50,000 won as the purchase price of philophones.
After that, I concealed approximately 0.6g of Handphonephones in parcels.
