However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B- The gambling site shall have a multi-level structure of gambling operators, such as the head office - total number of sale (fack) - store (fackb) - the head office or the total number of sales operators, who allocates the sales room (profit settlement page) in lieu of receiving cash from the sales room operators, the sales center operator shall have the gambling operators choose each gambling game such as bath, bath and bath, and the sales room operator shall operate in the way of deducting part of the sales room of the gambling operators from the sales room as a profit-making structure in which profits are distributed by each stage operator.

The Defendant: (a) was the total sales operator of the instant gambling site; (b) opened the said gambling site B and C’s head office; and (c) opened the gambling site; (b) the Defendant recruited store operators on the condition that he would be 12% of the premium from each gambling site; and (c) recruited the store operators on the condition that he would be able to receive approximately 12% of the premium from each gambling site; and (d) recruited to share the role of managing the store operators by granting the right of access to the store managers, who can receive cash-related settlement prior to the payment of the deposit amount.

From November 21, 2011 to February 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received from 20 salesroom operators, including D, E, and F, to the Agricultural Cooperative (H) account in G name; or (b) received cash directly from 20 salesroom operators; and (c) made stuffs, such as Baduk, spawn, and spathn; and (d) made 110,035,400 won of each sales market, as the method that deducts part of each sales market from d, E, and F, to d, E, and H; and (b) made it possible to have the gambling recruited by the salesroom operators do so.

As a result, the Defendant opened the gambling house for the purpose of profit-making by public offering with the above name-free boxes, D, E, F, etc. in sequence.
