A. The Plaintiff is engaged in installation of automatic text, glass, and partitions with the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant runs construction business with the trade name of “D.”

B. At the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff appears to be a clerical error in the amount “4,468,900 won” in the second upper part of the evidence No. 1-2 of April 2, 2012, which was composed of KRW 4,430,00 (excluding value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) as of October 22, 201, and the amount “4,498,900 won” of KRW 4,468,90.

The written estimate for construction works, which was conducted on April 2, 2012, the written estimate for construction works in Yeonsu-dong, Incheon, which was KRW 2,990,80,00, and the written estimate for additional construction works which was KRW 547,500, June 23, 2012, the written estimate for interior removal, etc., which was completed as KRW 35,000,000, and the additional construction work estimate which was conducted on May 4, 2012, the written estimate for construction works executed as KRW 676,50,00, and the written estimate for construction works executed as KRW 679,794,00,00, and the written estimate for construction works executed as KRW 50,00,000, which was conducted on June 23, 2012, were completed to the Defendant. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23742, Apr. 7, 2012; Presidential Decree No. 237630, Jun. 28, 2012, 208, 208, 206, 205>

(hereinafter referred to as “the First Site”) the said construction site;

As a result of the construction cost at the first place, the Plaintiff received from the Defendant on January 21, 201, KRW 4,000,000, KRW 6,600,000 on June 10, 201, KRW 200 on April 25, 2012, KRW 000 on April 25, 2012, KRW 5,000,000 on May 16, 2012, KRW 5,000,000 on June 7, 2012, KRW 5,000,000 on June 7, 201, and KRW 10,00 on July 2, 2012, and KRW 59,600,000 on KRW 59,60,000 on January 2, 200.

On October 26, 2012, the Plaintiff issued to the Defendant a written estimate at the scene of So-dong, which consists of KRW 8,273,400, and a written estimate at the site of So-dong, which consists of KRW 2,069,500 on November 5, 2012, and a written estimate at the site of Tae-dong, which consists of KRW 9,671,500 on December 26, 2012, and a written estimate at the site of So-dong, which consists of KRW 5,606,00 on January 5, 2013, and all construction works thereafter are completed.

On March 22, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant paid the construction cost of KRW 6,00,000 to the So-dong site, KRW 2,00,000 to the Ho-dong site, KRW 8,00,00 to the So-dong site, and KRW 8,00,00 to the So-dong site.
