Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
On September 25, 2018, around 14:30 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant attached a paper to the “C” located in the Jung-gu Busan City, Jung-gu, Busan, and attached a paper to the front and rear registration number plate of the D NAS car and EKan vehicle, making it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate.
