Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim, as the assignee of the claim for indemnity established by each judgment of the Seoul District Court 98Da320238, the Seoul Central District Court 2008Kadan453212, which is the assignee of the claim for indemnity.
